Discovery Passage Aquarium

Naomi Tabata has served on the board of directors for the Discovery Passage Aquarium for 5 years, currently serving as the President. In her day job as the Manager of the Centre for Applied Research, Technology and Innovation at North Island College, Naomi works to connect the talented faculty and students with community businesses and organizations to create meaningful and mutually beneficial applied research projects. In her spare time, she can be found boating on the waters surrounding Vancouver Island or hiking in the forests and mountains.
