The disaster aid box pictured here is one of several hundred currently in use around the globe. On Tuesday, our Club had a "soup and bun" lunch, leaving the bulk of the club's lunch fee to go to providing disaster aid boxes for needy regions around the world. Each box costs $750, and contains cutler, plates, cups a camp stove, a large tent blankets and other necessities. The Westerly Hotel also chipped in to help raise money for the cause.
